How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, select the ones you’d like to buy, and add them to your shopping basket. Once you're ready, go to your basket and proceed to checkout. You must provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?

How much is shipping?
For any orders over £20 shipping is free. Any orders under £20 will cost £2.99 for Shipping You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within a specific timeframe (usually 30 days from delivery). Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to initiate the process.
My order was damaged or defective. What should I do?
We apologise for any inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

How do I apply a discount or promo code?
To use a discount or promo code, enter the code during the checkout process, and the discount will be applied to your total order.
Can I save items to my wishlist?
Yes, you can save items to your wishlist for later purchase. Simply click on the heart icon next to the product you’re interested in, and it will be added to your wishlist for easy access later on the floating Wishlist button.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You’ll be asked to provide your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. we currently offer Standard Shipping: 3-10 working days
Why is the shipping time sometimes longer than expected?
Since we rely on third-party suppliers for shipping, there may be occasional delays due to factors like high demand, supplier processing times, or shipping carrier issues. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery, and we appreciate your understanding.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change it once the order has been processed, but we’ll do our best to help
