At Casa Della Imani, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy below for information on how to return or exchange items.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including personalised or custom-made products, intimate apparel, and final sale items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description at the time of purchase for any exclusions.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team at returns@casadellaimani.com with your Order number. 
  • Step 2: Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship your item(s) back to us.
  • Step 3: Include the order number inside the package and on the outside label. This helps us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 working days for the return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

4. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations (e.g., items not in their original condition), only partial refunds may be granted, at the discretion of our Customer Service Team.

5. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Service Team to confirm availability. If the item you desire is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
  • Price Differences: If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the new item, the refund or additional payment will be processed accordingly.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@casadellaimani.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
  • Replacement: For confirmed issues, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. International Orders

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.
  • Return Shipping: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
